From that email, its easy to track your order from day to day to know the exact delivery day according to the shipping company. All items are shipped via UPS or FedEx for fastest delivery times. Larger products like Furniture pieces, Game Tables ship via common carrier (freight trucks). Products are shipped using the most cost effective and fastest delivery way available.
You may need assistance when your delivery arrives. Customer is contacted with the exact times of arrival that will be convenient to your schedule.
Trucking company may not offer indoor delivery; you may need assistance when your delivery arrives. Trucking company will contact the customer directly for an appointment to make your delivery.
